Return and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
What items are eligible for return?

You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped. In these cases, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue you a full refund instead.
  • You experienced an allergic reaction (see Allergic Reactions below).
  • You’ve had a change of mind - as long as the product is unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

What items cannot be returned?

  • Opened or used products (unless defective or allergic reaction).
  • Products marked as special sale items (e.g. discounted bundles, limited-time offers).
  • Gift cards and complimentary gifts.
 What if I have an allergic reaction?

Our products are carefully formulated to be gentle and safe for most skin types. However, since everyone’s skin is unique, occasional reactions may still occur.

If you experience a reaction:

  1. Stop using the product immediately.
  2. Take clear photos of the affected area.
  3. Email us at hello@elementsofcho.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping and fees?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless received damaged/wrong item.
A handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the product value (excluding original shipping charges) for change of mind and allergic reactions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received at our warehouse. We only accept tracked shipping method for all returns.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note that for international orders, the final amount received may differ slightly from your original payment due to exchange rate fluctuations and fees charged by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider. These differences are outside of our control.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@elementsofcho.com with the subject line: Returns (Order Number) and include:

  • Your order number.
  • The product(s) you wish to return.
  • Photos (if damaged or reaction-related).

We’ll reply within 3 business days with next steps.
